IMMIGRATION SERVICES · LIMITED SCOPE
About
Immigration services for individuals and law firms: defined attorney engagements, supervised paralegal preparation and restricted clerical help. Compare the deliverable and professional responsibility before making an inquiry.
Well-Pleaded Group LLC operates a technology marketplace, not a law firm. Legal advice may be provided only by a separately engaged, authorized independent attorney.
Well-Pleaded is a technology marketplace operated by Well-Pleaded Group LLC. The product is designed to make individual immigration document tasks easier to understand and organize. Consumers can explore defined services provided by independent attorneys, while attorneys can commission document work from external specialists under their own supervision. A restricted self-directed route may be available for specifically approved technical tasks.
Our operating principle: Each service needs a clear identity: who the provider is, who contracts with whom, what work is included, what is excluded and how the final result is delivered. The platform is not a law firm, does not practice law, does not direct an attorney's professional judgment and does not accept responsibility for a person's entire immigration matter. We do not claim government affiliation or endorsement.
What we build: a service catalog linked to official form information, task workrooms, controlled document access, versioned drafts and clearly recorded approvals. These tools help participants coordinate discrete tasks; they do not decide legal eligibility or substitute for a lawyer. Some functions shown in design concepts may be unavailable until credential verification, document-security and legal requirements are met.
Transparency matters: We identify the platform operator where required, the independent attorney before any legal engagement, and the type of worker doing document work. We separate a consultation from document preparation, a draft from an accepted filing, and an internal review from a legally valid signature. If a request is unsuitable for a limited service, it should not be forced into a fixed package.
