Attorney form guidance

Immigration services for individuals and law firms: defined attorney engagements, supervised paralegal preparation and restricted clerical help. Compare the deliverable and professional responsibility before making an inquiry.

Well-Pleaded Group LLC operates a technology marketplace, not a law firm. Legal advice may be provided only by a separately engaged, authorized independent attorney.

Immigration forms can be straightforward to locate and difficult to approach correctly for a particular person. This service is designed for a defined document task: an independent attorney considers the agreed issue, determines the appropriate work within the limited engagement and, where appropriate, directs a supervised preparer to assemble the specified forms and supporting materials. The attorney reviews the legal content before the agreed delivery.

Step 1 — Define the task. Tell us whether you need a named form reviewed, an application package prepared or clarification about what forms may be appropriate. A preliminary form is not an attorney-client agreement.

Step 2 — Agree on scope. An attorney reviews suitability, conflicts, required information, the proposed output, revisions and exclusions. You accept a separate written limited-scope engagement directly with that attorney before legal advice begins.

Step 3 — Supply documents. Upload only the items requested through a properly activated, access-controlled workspace. The attorney may assign a supervised paralegal to organize facts, prepare drafts or ask permitted factual follow-up questions.

Step 4 — Review the draft. The lawyer reviews legal decisions within scope. You verify personal facts and take any required steps to sign. A platform ‘approved’ label does not substitute for a legally valid signature.

Step 5 — Receive the package. You receive the particular documents or instructions described in your agreement. Whether filing is included, and by whom, must be stated separately and conform to the receiving agency's rules; absent that agreement, the deliverable is preparation and handoff only.

Included only if specified: names and exact versions of forms; number of beneficiaries and attachments; translated supporting documents; lawyer review; one or more revision rounds; printable/export files; filing assistance. Do not imply that all are part of every package. Government charges, medical examinations, biometrics, translation and notarial fees are not part of the lawyer's fee unless expressly itemized.

Not a fit for: a promise to manage removal proceedings, an upcoming contested merits hearing, a complete asylum narrative and evidence strategy, ongoing correspondence with DHS, or any engagement a lawyer deems too complex to divide responsibly. The lawyer may decline the task or discuss separate representation directly outside Well- Pleaded.

Callout: The right form is a legal judgment when it depends on your individual circumstances. A lawyer determines it in the agreed engagement; the marketplace does not decide it automatically.
